Howard Auctions and Estate Sales is a professional, licensed auction company located in Valparaiso Indiana. We’ve been in business for over 40 years, and folks may be more familiar with our previous name of Chuck’s Auctions. Keeping current with today’s technology and market we expanded our business in 2017 to Howard Auctions and Estate Sales to better serve our clients.
Chuck is a lifelong resident of North West Indiana and has expanded his knowledge of antiques, collectibles and personal property long before the internet or selling online became popular. Because of this at hand knowledge he is an excellent resource for what the market will bare on your items and how best to dispose of them. He has done charitable auctions as well as presentations for organizations on how the auction process works. He is the lead auctioneer and as such it is his responsibility to oversee all logistics of the auction from signing the contract to final settlement.
Chuck’s wife Linda is the lead cashier and photographer. In addition she is responsible for all content for our auctions and accounts receivable/payable.

For Sellers
With over 40 years of experience Howard Auctions and Estate Sales can serve all your auction needs. We are licensed and insured in the state of Indiana. We can help you determine which is the best way to dispose of your items. We take care of all photographs, descriptions and inventory of items.
We can provide all labor needed for packing/moving/setup for live auctions or estate tag sale. We market your sale on several prominent auction/estate sale websites for maximum exposure. In addition, we are capable of working with you or your attorney, in the case of the death of a loved one’s estate.

We pride ourselves on our personable interaction with our customers. Over the more than 40 years we’ve been in business we have established not only business relationships with our buyers, but personal relationships as well. We are known for having a personal touch when helping those less experienced buyers get acquainted with how the auction process works.
